Jeff Butler is an author and workplace strategist who explores human behavior within the working world. His experience spans over 40 industries in 4 continents on how different cultures and employees interact with each other. He studies common threads of behavior in different industries. As a researcher and practitioner, he also runs a consulting company and a tech company, Trinity Fix where he is able to test his ideas in different workplace environments.

Mr. Harman regularly handles cases in the following areas: personal injury, wrongful death, Section 1983 civil rights actions, police misconduct/use of force cases, constitutional takings claims, Title VII claims, premises liability, intentional torts, slip and fall, insurance/agent broker liability, trucking and auto cases, employment law, complex litigation, construction accidents, construction defect, product warranty claims, products liability, oil and gas, ski industry defense, HOA claims and property damage claims in both state and federal court.

One of Mr. Church’s primary practice areas is civil rights claims and government defense. He has successfully defended municipalities and their employees against: Constitutional claims, employment disputes, personal injury accidents, land-use appeals, and premises liability claims (“slip and fall”). In addition, Mr. Church provides training to governmental entities and their officers regarding the Utah Governmental Immunity Act, Section 1983 claims, and other liability related topics.

Kevin joined WCF Insurance in 2018. Kevin leads our Middle Market efforts as well as our Sales & Distribution and Product teams. He came to WCF from Nationwide Insurance in Des Moines, Iowa. During his 21 years in the insurance industry, he has held leadership roles in Claims, Underwriting, and Sales. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Northern Iowa. He also earned the Associate in Claims and Certified Property Casualty Underwriting designations.

Charles joined WCF Insurance in 1996 in the Safety and Health department as a certified industrial hygienist. He transitioned into Claims in 2011 and is responsible for claims adjusting, claims operations, special investigation activities, medical case management, and vocational counseling. Charles has a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Utah.

He serves as the head of SCM’s Transportation Practice Group and represents several notable transportation industry clients, including the world’s two largest transportation and logistics companies.
